Staff is EFFICIENT and rooms are very clean. Don't forget to dine at restoran sri melaka, it's within 5 minutes walk or so, we loved it.

wonderful location and very clean throughout. downtown kota kinabalu district was definitely worth visiting. it offers good services too.

We really enjoyed the pleasant view. Sunday market and other nice tourist spots were adjacent to this hotel. Wonderful location, easy to get around.
